Miyar kuɓewa ɗaya ce daga cikin miya da aka san Hausawa da ita, duk da cewa akwai ƙabilu da dama da kan yi miyar ta salo iri-iri.
Yau za mu kawo muku yadda za ku yi miyar kuɓewa, ku suɗe hannu. Ba a bai wa yaro mai ƙuiya

Da farko zaki fara ɗora tukunya a wuta, sai ki zuba manja in ya yi zafi ki zuba albasa, ki soyashi har ya fara ƙamshi, sai ki kwashe albasar.
Ki zuba daddawa ki soya, sai ki zuba jajjagen kayan miyarki, bayan kin gama soyasu, sai ki tsayar da sanwar ki yadda kike so.
Daganan sai ki ɗebo sinadaran miyarki ki zuba.
Idan kina da ra’ayi zaki zuba nama ko crayfish, ko kifi.
