Masana kiwon lafiya a fannin ingantacen abinci wato dietians ko nutritions sun gano cewa, ‘ya’yan kankana na da amfanin sosai ga lafiyarmu.

‘ya’yan kankana da so tari mukan furzar a yayin shan kankana suna kushe da sinadarin da ake kira da zinc da magnesium da potassium da iron da makamantansu wadanda ke kara wa garkuwar jikinmu karfi.

Sannan sinadaran na magance matsalar ciwon zuciya da kare kamuwa da ciwon suga, har ma da taimaka wa jikinmu wurin daidaita gudanar jini.

Sauran nau’o’in gudunmowar da ‘ya’yan kankana ke ba wa lafiyarmu sun hada da: kara mana kuzari da inganta lafiyar kwakwalwa da kara kwarin kashi.

Wannan kadan kenan daga cikin amfanin ya’yan kankana ga lafiyarmu. Da fatan an ilimantu kuma za a cigaba da CIN ‘ya’yan kankana a koda yaushe.
