Yadda Ayaba Ke Maganin Hawan Jini

Ayaba na daga cikin ya yan itatuwa da mutane suke yawan amfani da ita sosai a duniya ba tareda sun san amfanin ta ba. Cin ayaba yana rage hawan jini da kuma bayar da kariya ga cututtukan daji da na asma.

Ayaba na daga cikin kayan marmari da mutane suke yawan amfani da ita sosai a duniya.

Masana kiwon lafiya sun ce cin ayaba yana rage hawan jini da kuma bayar da kariya ga cututtukan daji da na asma.

Akwai kimanin kasashe 107 da su ke noman ayaba kuma hakan ya sanya su cikin jerin kasashe da suke samun ribar kudi na amfanin gona.

Kafin mu nutse cikin takamaiman fa’idodin ayaba, bari mu yi saurin duba ƙimar sinadiran su.
